7 Days Return & Exchange Policy:-
- Exchange and return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery; after this period, they will not be entertained.
- For an incorrect order delivered, it will be a free exchange.
- Any orders placed during our Sale period will not be eligible for returns.
- In case of a size issue, defective or damaged product, we would be happy to assist you in exchange for the orders placed during the sale.
- Exchange is subject to size availability.
- It is mandatory to share photos and video of the product received from 4-5 angles if it is different from the color or product ordered. This ensures a rapid and efficient response.
- Customers will receive all notifications regarding exchanges and returns via email and text message at the provided phone number and email address.
- Please allow us two business days to review the request. Click on the image below to raise your exchange and return request.
- The entire process of exchanges and return may take up to 7-10 working days.
- Customers are requested to wait at least 7-10 days after their order is picked up. After this, our QC team will verify the validity of claims and initiate exchanges.
- Please note that exchange and return timelines may differ due to weekends, festivals, courier company strikes, national holidays, etc.

- Once we receive the product, it undergoes a thorough quality control (QC) check by our team. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation and your refund will be initiated. This process may take up to 7-10 days. If the product does not pass the QC check, it will be returned to your address, and you will be responsible for the shipping charges. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
- If the product is received in Damaged Condition, kindly raise the concern within 24 hours of receiving the product at o2@prakritiindustries.com
